Vic created many of the hallucinatory San Francisco light shows that were the backdrop for groups ranging from The Grateful Dead to Joan Baez.  A born salesmen, he morphed into a technology entrepreneur, creating a number of high tech  firms. One of his ventures supplied safety equipment critical to the nuclear power industry. Another helped NASA formulate its project objectives and implemented changes to turn ratings within NASA from the lowest to the highest in that organization.
