Frank is one of those character actors who look familiar. People stop him on the street knowing he’s an actor but not sure what they saw him in. He’s been working in film and television since 1984. Though he’s lived in the Sierra Nevadas and backpacked extensively from British Columbia to Patagonia, the last time he rode a horse was as  “Horace Bing” on “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.” Frank has just seen the last of his three children leave the nest and is ready to break free.
